Three In a Row

Ron H can't complain anymore. His team has one three days in a row. Fortunately I was on his team one of those times. The rest of you need to step up your games and put a stop to his runaway train. To give him credit 3 birdies on the front nine was something to see (holes 1, 8, and 9) coupled with one on 15. Nice to see new faces playing and it is always good to have fresh money in the game. If these numbers continue we may have to devise a new system for pairing players. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Also good to have the Pro with us.

Very unusual to have slow play like yesterday. There was one group that had the whole course backed up. Let's hope this is the rare occurrence. Next week is the women's district match play for three days. Since they are in the morning I don't think they will impact us very much, but will probably push the seniors back to the afternoon at least one day.

The weather looks to be good for the next seven days. Hate to say it but we now need some rain. There are areas that are really drying out. Also saw Eric watering during the day which is not always a good sign.

Saw TTS yesterday. He said the rumor about him going to LA for the Michael Jackson Memorial was false. He could only make it to Gary, Indiana in the Winnebago because of the driving time. But, he said it was a thrill of a lifetime to be part of such an historic event. If you are nice he'll show you his souvenir t-shirt (without the AP Parts logo).
