How Did You Do?

Well, how did you do on the first 2 questions? The answers to both questions - False. See Rule 5-3 for ball unfit for play. As far as TTS goes he can replace his broken 5 iron with any conforming club as long as he didn't break the five iron in anger (see rule4-3). For him the 5 iron would probably be the right choice since adding a wedge would be of little help. We all know his proficiency with a wedge from 60 yards and closer. For that matter the same goes for LBB. Here's the next set of questions:

1. A player may repair a ball mark on the putting green only if the ball lies on the putting green.

2.After following the proper procedure, a player may lift his/her ball in a water hazard to determine if it is unfit for play.

OSU Trivia - What was the reason the 1942 national championship Buckeye Football Team lost its only game that year to Wisconsin?

Answers to all on the next posting.

Lunch Friday at Biaggis. Be there or be square!

  1. You are going to have to make your questions and or answers more complete for golf idiots like me. I am having trouble figuring out the false answer to question one about the ball being unfit for play. I thought he would be able to replace it since it was damaged in the play of hole #2. Does the false answer to the question "Is it unfit for play" mean he can not use a new one?
