Finally!

Yes we finally got the season kicked off on Tuesday. The same cast of characters with the same winners (as last season). Then on Wednesday a different game with the same winners. Well at least one of them was a big winner both days. I understand the Handicap Comm. has called an emergency meeting to review the situation. The SOTD had a couple of close calls but continues to grow. I'm not sure how much is there; somewhere north of $140.00 I think. We are due to have an audit conducted by the Audit Comm. The range is supposed supposed to open this week, but the weather forecast is calling for up to an inch of rain. That doesn't sound good for golf let alone the range. Gilhooley and the GWH are chomping at the bit to get out there and really screw up their swings. I played with LTG yesterday and I think we have a new term. He made a 3 for 2 on #10. If he can repeat the feat again then we'll probably have to add a Greenwood to our dictionary. I don't mind that as much as a "5 for 3 I beat you" or a " 4 for 2" that we have been the victims of.
