Saturday saw a return to chilly temps. Dr AH decided it was much too cold and cloudy and stayed home in the comfort of his den. The rest of us having nothing to do before the NCAA Final Four decided to give it a try (and we weren't the only ones). We made it through nine holes before deciding it was better to sip hot coffee rather than shiver outside. Besides the skin game was all even after 9. So no money changed hands.
It was disappointing to see the Bucks get outplayed in the second half. I don't think it makes any difference though. Kentucky looks to be unstoppable. The same goes for the Baylor women. Both teams have some outstanding talent.
I see the SD has been busy. Three gatherings have been scheduled. Check his emails. Also the 4Th annual JR/SR Championship is scheduled for August 23, 2012. The presentation of the Landwher Trophy is always a big highlight of the event. To some people's way of thinking it ranks right up there with winning the Masters or the Player's Championship. Well maybe that's an exaggeration, but the event is becoming a tradition. Also look for last year's photo of the field (hung in the PK corner of the locker room).
No winners in the SOTD. We just added more to the pot.
