Saturday dawned with bright sunny skies and a cold wind coming off the lake making it rather frigid. LTG was making a cameo appearance for the GWH (who was in Hilton Head being rained on) and partnered up with The SD. Dr AH and I made it through nine holes before calling it quits and having lunch. The SD and LTG mushed on and we didn't see them again before we left. I assumed they finished, but since I haven't heard from them I really don't know their fate. Since it was an abbreviated round no shekels changed hands. I really hated to quit but my hip was really being effected by the cold. Dr. AH was just plain frozen.
Easter Sunday was a much better day, but We couldn't play because the Rabbit Wrangler and Miss Emma decided to come for a short visit. It's amazing how much kids can grow in a few weeks. It seemed like they both grew 2 inches.
The weather looks good for Tuesday. See you at the training table.

PS - Hope you read the email by the GWH (aka The Greens Chairman). I think that was an excellent explanation of what is going on with the greens. There's little doubt that warm weather will do wonders for growing grass. From my contacts at the TDGA we appear to be much better off than some area courses.
