How Low Can You Go?

After the howls from the crowd on Tuesday I thought it would be a good idea to lighten things up today.  So I thought what better way than to have 2BB of 4 with overkill.  Now for those of you not familiar with the term overkill lets you record any extra net birdies that might be scored on any given hole.  As an example if your team made three net birdies on hole no. 1 you be -3 rather than -2 in a standard 2BB format.  This allows everyone to be more aggressive without penalty for mistakes.  Basically a team that is really playing well could run away with the event 

Well the idea partially worked.   The winning team scored -21.  The next best teamed stalled out at -16, and the third team just stalled.  The eventual winners were crying about winner take all when they heard team No. 2 was on a roll through 12 holes.  They thought two places should be paid.  How quickly they changed their tune when they found out they were going to win. 

Great lobster dinner on Wednesday.  Kudos to all involved.  Especially to Chef Kiel and his staff for getting out 120+ lobsters at one time.
