It was a cold and blustery day for golf but a few of us broke out the sweaters and teed it up. Since the course was basically empty we played as a six some. The only way to keep things moving was to have a little skins game. Since LTG was the low handicap we played off his ball.
I don't know how or why but the Social Director shoots 41 on the front and racks up 4 skins in the process. Poor LTG shoots 74 and can't get a sniff. Even I had 6 natural pars and managed to get only one skin. I wish I had an explanation for the SD's ability to arise to the occasion, but I don't. The only thing we all know was "it's just not right". Fred asked at one point if we should call Jill and ask where she wanted the body shipped. At least he didn't win the TSOTD and the pot is now approaching triple digits.
