Why is it that the weather always takes a nasty turn at Thanksgiving? It has been that way since I can remember. I think we dodged the snow bullet but have been hit with the frigid air. If you're traveling be safe and prepared. Enough about the weather.
This is the big game weekend. On paper the Bucks look good, but they don't play the game on paper. I'm sure we'll have an interesting game. Some will be happy and others not so much. Then there is the new twist with the Big 10 Championship next week. That game should really be good. Goooo Bucks.
If you want to get confused go look at new cars. We've been doing that over the last couple of days and it has turned out to be more complicated than I thought. I'll never understand pricing, but who does. At the end of the day we settled a Ford Escape (assuming they can locate one that had the options we wanted). I think what really sealed the deal was the free Honey Backed Ham if you got a car on Black Friday. We're supposed to take delivery on Monday. The car that is. I don't know about the ham.
The lunch crowd at the casino was a little light on Friday. I guess everyone was shopping. Speaking of shopping I was up early and went to Bass Pro. It was a big crowd, but pretty civilized. Most everyone was buying jeans and ammo boxes (the old army metal ones). I originally went for jeans, but got caught up in the frenzy and bought ammo cans too.
Well the game is about to start.

PS - LTG you were right. We have ice on the lake. This is the earliest I can remember seeing some.
