Tuesday we thought we would have to dodge the rain drops while playing. By some stroke of luck we got the round in before the skies opened up and gave us one of those south Florida late afternoon storms. Then later we got the typical Midwest summer thunderstorm. And, they continued for the next 36 hours. I can't wait to see how wet things are today. Anyway we had 10 players tee it up for another round of competition. No spectacular scores, bur Twinkle Toes crew beat us by a shot.
Not much else going on right now. The 4th of July is fast approaching which means we get one of the grand dogs for a week. The dog is great, but always cures me from wanting another one while we are still really active. Dogs tend to control your life even though they are great family members. Except for the times she wakes me up at 5 AM to go out. I think what she really wants is a biscuit when she comes in (something the Nurse started).
Time to get dressed since we are playing in the morning because of the stag.

PS - Did you see the playoff for the PGA club pros championship? The UT coach, who had lead for most of the tournament, lost in a two hole playoff. Bummer!
