The holiday season is in full swing. We all know what that means. Too much food, drink, and general partying. But I don't think any of us are ready to give it up. Before we know it will be over and then we go into winter mode and hope for an early spring. I've heard mixed reports on what knf of winter we can expect. One with little snow would suit me.
We had one of our Thursday "prayer meetings" with 12 in attendance. There was a lot of lively conversation and a general great time. One of the wives asked me why we didn't go the the Champagne Lunch. My response was it was a guy thing that we like to meet in the downstairs bar and could be more ourselves. Anyway we only have one more week before we adjourn to the Casino for the winter. But looking at the weather forecast we may be able to squeeze in one more round of golf on Tuesday. Keep your fingers crossed.
Yak at you later. Going to go watch "Johnny Football" while I finish with late house decorating.
