April Golf

The weather is always a big question mark for golf in April.  So far April 2015 is no different than previous years.  One good day, one marginal, and one bad.  That sums up last weekend pretty well.  So, there's not much to report on.  And, there seems to be a number of people out of town for various reasons.  Therefore not a big field to draw from.  This week doesn't look a whole lot more promising.

The Nurse and I are getting ready for the annual trek to Hilton Head where we'll hook up with the GWH and Mrs.  This year we are being accompanied by OTR and his Mrs.  Should be a fun time.  The long range weather calls for sunny skies and temps in the mid 70's with an occasional shower.  Great weather ot play golf.   The GWH said they had a good time attending The Heritage at Harbor Town even though they caught some rain.  We have found some new restaraurts to try this year (one specializing in grits).  The food has always been good in the Low Country.

The high winds don't look good for golf today.  I hope to get in a round before we head South, but who knows.

Hope to see ya at the training table,

CC
