April showers certainly are a reality this week. That was quite a storm that moved through last night. I watched the sky from our porch while the The Nurse headed for the basement after the sirens went off. I know they said there was severe weather at Levis Commons, but just heavy rain and strong winds around us. I was concerned about hail since we had a car in the driveway. Anyway, I'm sure the course is soaked. We'll be lucky to get the Masters event in on Sunday.
Speaking of the Masters. That was quite some round by Jordon S. Plus it looks like he's keeping it up today. This should be some weekend. There's always drama with the Masters. It's still my favorite major golf tourney.
Lunch was well attended yesterday. We had a returning snow bird - Gilhooley - is back from the desert. Kennel Club was in town also. They both looked like they wintered well while the rest of us are trying to shake off the effects of snow mold.
