One and Done

We all are familiar with the term "one and done", especially this time of the year.  But, did you know the JRSRs have come up with a couple of new versions of it.  Consider the following:

1. the LR Doctor rolled the dice at lunch yesterday and came up a loser (for the umpteenth time) and declared he was (wait for it) OAD for the year.  What a surprise.  But LOA went him one better.  He never rolls and declared he was "none and done"
2. OTR and I played one hole and got caught in the rain and were (wait for it) OAD.  We made it back to the pro shop without getting completely soaked.  Bob D teed off with a guest and as far as we know may still be out there on the course.

I think everyone was happy to be back at the club.  We had so many people we had to add another table to accommodate everyone (we used the lolipop configuration).  We swear the round table was smaller, but the staff said no.  Upon entering the grill we were greeted with the aroma of fresh pop corn.  I don't what we use, but the grill has the best.  And, I'm not a big consumer of the stuff, bit do look forward to the club's.

The SOTD is now back.  Because funds were depleted we had a double roll day so you can win more than 50 cents.
