Always Produces

The Masters never fails to have a surprise.  Sometimes it's the winner who runs away with it (ie JS), and sometimes it's the player who suffers the collapse (ie JS).  No matter what, it is always great fun to watch.  What a gutsy performance by the winner coming down the stretch.  And, how about those aces on #16?  Three in one day is pretty amazing , but the last one was best.  I would've been the one to replace my ball.

Couldn't believe the view from my house on Saturday morning.  It was truly a winter wonder land.  The SD's was even better with the big oak tree that came down and wiped out his power lines, and blocked him in.  As he said he was trapped like a rat and had no heat.  If you ask nicely I'm sure he'll share the pictures.  Warmer days have to be on the way.

It was nice to get back to the club for lunch.  The crowd was a little sparse (weather?), but we had an enjoyable time.  Dr. J did not win the SOTD, but we had several other close calls.  The banter was lively, especially with Gilhooley returning from the southwest.  Unfortunately he left the sun there.  Since I've got my tax returns done I'm hoping for good weather later in the week so we can play golf.  We need to get the season started.

See ya at the training table,

PS - Rules seminar at HDGC on Monday evening at 7 PM.

PPS - the mailbox barely survived.  It was at a precarious angle but still upright.
