Gilhooley shows up from the great Southwest, plays golf and rolls five 4's (two rolls) on his first attempt of the season on the SOTD. I think that is a record, but I'm not really sure. Anyway he will collect $84 as soon has I can get to the casino and withdraw the funds we have on deposit, If I was him I wouldn't be spending that money any time soon. And oh by the way, he said that Dr. J could "eat his heart out".
The seasonal competition got started on the wrong foot. Dr. AH and I fought the gallant fight but couldn't overcome a massive stroke imbalance on the backside. Plus since it was our first full round I think we both ran a little short on gas. The silver lining to this cloud was we were playing with a surplus of funds built up over the past two years. We now have the GWH and the SD right where we want them - overconfident.
The weather looks great for this week. The course should be drying out nicely and only showers are in the forecast. See ya at the training table.

PS - When I stopped at the post office to mail our tax returns I learned postal rates went down! I'm glad I didn't make a big investment in forever stamps. Pretty sure this will be short lived, and we should now think about buying those forever stamps while they are cheap. The return will be better than CD rates. I wonder if LOA will ditch the $2 dollar bills in favor of stamps?
