To date the golf gods seem to have aligned against us. Last week's snow melted quickly, but left us with a very wet golf course. So wet that the carts have remained on their chargers until today. Even if it was dry I'm not sure we would have played since the temps were well below normal. It's almost like someone set the regions thermostat at 45 degrees in January and locked it and threw away the key. This weekend looks pretty good and a lot of people are anxious to hit the links.
TTS is celebrating his 78th birthday tomorrow. There was a little surprise celebration for him yesterday at the club. The only way we could con him out of the house was tell him he was going to Rudy's for lunch for chili dogs and chili (for the one with the delicate French palate). He was initially disappointed when Jim E and I took him to the club instead. But, he soon got over it and we all had a good time. Congrats.
Finally got the tax returns finished after a couple of software and brain glitches. The Nurse caught me misreading one of our 1099's and the software didn't record some inputed data (I don't think it was me making an error). It all worked out. But I sure wasted a lot of paper printing returns.
See ya at the training table (hopefully),
