Duct tape is really wonderful stuff. I always have at least one roll around the house and usually one in the car. I've been know to carry a small roll in my luggage when traveling. And, several of my traveling companions were glad that I did (emergency repairs). Well I just found another use for it. It's great to use when you have to put your mailbox back together after the local snowplow takes it out for the second time. This will be the second time in four years that I have to replace the whole thing. And, did you know it comes in colors like red? Great for helping you find your driveway late at night.
I think we got lucky with this snow storm. Based on what I'm seeing on the news and calls we had with Germantown I know that other places really got hammered. We did go out for dinner last night and I can it wasn't crowded. Traffic reports today seem to indicate there is a lot of ice on the roads creating havoc. Drive safe.
Talked to the SD (who is in Calif.) and he said the weather is great. I suppose the same is true in Florida and Arizona. I guess we'll see since the golf tournament at the TPC Scottsdale is this week. Don't ya just love the crowd at the 16Th Hole. And by the way, what a finish last week at Torey Pines. Got to give Philly Mic a an A for confidence. And how about the new kid, Johnny Vegas? The PGA needs some new faces to liven things up.
