That was a lot of rain last week. We were probably lucky that we couldn't play last Thursday. First, the course would have been really wet. Second, we now have a bigger field. Several of our members were out of town and can now play. In the case of the LR Dr. he'll be the first to defend hid gross title. So keep practicing and good luck.
We went to the BGSU football game on Saturday and had a great time. The game was really entertaining and great to see the MAC beat the Big 10. It's been a while since we went to daytime game and I have to say it is a nice way to spend a late summer afternoon. It felt like fall was in the air. In fact it was a fall-like weekend. We played golf a CIC on Sunday and you definitely needed a sweater.
Brown and orange must have been lucky colors this week. Even the Browns won.
