By His Own Hand

Yesterday I neglected to declare if we were going to play two places or one.  Since my team was in the running I didn't want to be accused of any hanky panky (like times past) and had Twinkle Toes roll the dice to see if we'd play two places or just one.  The result was we only would pay one and he cost his team second place money, and his place as the leading money winner to date.  The new current leader is LTG who had a rocky start yesterday, but finished strong to lead his team to the winner's circle.  In fact he won enough money to take the wife to dinner at Moe's without digging into his own pocket (ditto for the Nurse and I). 

The course is really rounding into shape.  We're starting to get some roll off the tee and plenty of speed on the greens.  Everyone thinks the greens are the best we've seen (at this time of the year) in the past ten years.  I certainly wouldn't disagree with that thought.  Now if we could just do something with some of those pin positions - there have been some real beauts the past couple of days.

Remember we play in the morning on Thursday.  It should be another great day.
