Another Perfect Day

Yes, another perfect day and the unwashed showed up for the daily fleecing.  Fourteen of us thought we could play better than we really can and contributed our allowances to the kitty.  Not sure who won since I had to go off to a meeting, but I did hear that it wasn't the SD, LTG and myself.  No real excuses, except that we couldn't get the ball in the hole in fewer strokes than our opponents.  But, it was a great day to be outside in the fresh air.

Here's an update on TTS.  He is at Cleveland Clinic going through a battery of tests in preparation for his surgery next week.  I guess they are extensive and quite time consuming.  He should be home this evening and will return next Monday for surgery on Tuesday.  He'll probably be there a week before returning home to recuperate.  I know everyone is concerned, but let's try to give TTS some space.  St Gwen has promised to keep me updated and I'll do my best to keep everyone in the know.

I heard through the coconut telegraph that OTR is in NYC for the birth of a grand child. I wonder if he and the Mrs. went via Fed Ex?  And the LR Dr. is in Toronto for a family wedding.  I wonder if he was responsible for bringing the elephant?  Also this is a big weekend for Bobby.  He's getting married.  Congrats to him and his new wife.

The new carts in and ready for use.  The patio has new furniture and should be the site for Happy Hour tonight.
