It never ceases to amaze me how the GWH and the SD can wake up twice a round and play beyond their skill level. And, it always seems to be on the holes where they are on "double scholarship". If I didn't know better I'd think they were taking lessons from TZ on how to use strokes to great advantage over your opponent. Needless to say Dr. AH and I were not the winners on Saturday.
Did you see the picture of OTR riding the subway? He didn't look like a happy camper. But then again it was a train, and we know how he feels about trains in general. I didn't hear of any international incidents so I guess the LR Dr. didn't have any problems with a stampeding elephant or white stallion.
It was nice to be outside at Happy Hour last Friday. Too bad it was a little too chilly to eat outside. The fire pit was very popular even though a few people lost their eyebrows. We sat out there again Sunday after the Couple Shamble and it was really pleasant. We have the best view of any club in the area. Speaking of the shamble my team came in second. That was really amazing since we started out 2 over on our first hole an really didn't get into serious red figures until deep into the back nine. It was truly a team effort with everyone coming through at the right time.
The weather report is mixed for this coming week. Looks like some thunder showers are headed our way.
But, I think we can get some golf in. See ya at the training table.

PS - Talked with TTS on Sunday. He seems to be in good spirits despite what he is facing. Surgery is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon (starting about the time we tee off). Let's keep him in our prayers.
