That's what most did yesterday. Scores were exceptionally good for several people. Bob D, in particular, shot even par, and recorded 5 birdies. That's the best score I've ever heard of during one of our weekly games. Rumor has it that Twinkle Toes had a season best after receiving a swing tip from yours truly while on the practice tee. Even your humble blogger hit the ball really well off the tee after using this tip. The Pilot let KC and I hit a second tee shot on 18 with his driver. He had replaced the shaft with a super expensive exotic one made from some secret material. We both hit the ball about 20 yards farther. Maybe it was a fluke, but I'm considering spending the $$ to upgrade. Who says you can't buy a game?
I don't really remember who walked away with the cash. The LR Dr. was running the show and money was flying every where. No SOTD winners. The pot continues to grow. We've got to have a winner soon.
The weather continues to hold. Scattered showers are predicted, but temperatures are still holding.
