That's what the SD had on Tuesday. He shot a 20 year best score (he says) of 89. Pair that with the LR Dr. and Uncle Bob (both first class bandits) and there was no way anyone else could win. Especially when they posted the score of -23 in a 3BB format. The only saving grace was JRSR rules don't allow them to win everything in a front/back/total game. I'm glad he got that out of his system before Saturday.
We had another successful gathering last night for the lobster dinner. Kudos to the SD for organizing the event; to the Todd and his staff for service; and to Chef Kiel and his staff for a great meal. Next up will be the wrap up prime rib dinner in October.
Today is August 1. There's only 14 days to our JRSR Championship. I've been making the daily formats tougher to get you guys ready for the big day. So quit complaining. The alternative is you can take over the clip board. Based on the stories I heard about T Squared last week I don't think there is much interest in that. Although the LR Dr. has almost finished his apprenticeship and ready to assume more duties. I'm looking for nominations for the next apprentice.
See ya at the training table.
