I'm a bit behind in posting since Miss Emma and the Rabbit Wrangler have been in town.
Saturday was a great day to tee it up. Little did we know the greens were like lightning before we played. It was a rude awakening when we hit the first hole. Our worthy opponents tried to take advantage of our surprise and opened a big lead on the front side. It took us a while but we fought back, closed the gap, and only lost one bet. We adjusted to the green speed and they didn't. Based on the scores I saw posted and comments we weren't the only ones to have problems.
We had a lot of fun with the kids. However it was lights, camera, action for three days. The RW is really starting to understand golf. I think I'm in trouble in a few years. Miss Em is a year or so away, but hung in for 9 holes on a modified par 3 course. She needs one more year before really being strong enough to swing effectively.
Gotta go take the kids back.
